油气分离器是将螺杆机冷却液与压缩空气分离的部件，正常运行下，油气分离器的使用寿命在3000小时左右，但润滑油的品质及空气的过滤精度对其寿命有巨大的影响。可见在恶劣使用环境下必须缩短空滤芯的保养更换周期，甚至考虑加装前置空气滤清器。 油气分离器在到期或者前后压力差超过0.12Mpa后必须予以更换。否则会造成电机过载，油气分离器破损跑油。 更换方法： 拆下油气桶盖上安装的各控制管接头。取出装油气桶盖上伸入油气桶内的回油管，拆出油气桶上盖紧固螺栓。 移开油气桶上盖，取出油细。除去粘在上盖板上的石棉垫及污物。 装入新的油气分离器，注意上下石棉垫必须加钉订书订，压紧时石棉垫必须摆整齐，否则会引起冲垫。 按原样装回上盖板、回油管、各控制管，检查有无泄漏。
The oil-gas separator is a component that separates the cooling liquid and compressed air of screw machine. Under normal operation, the service life of the oil-gas separator is about 3000 hours, but the quality of lubricating oil and the filtering accuracy of air have a huge impact on its service life. It can be seen that the maintenance and replacement cycle of the air filter element must be shortened under the harsh use environment, and even the pre air filter should be added. The oil-gas separator must be replaced when it expires or the pressure difference between the front and rear exceeds 0.12mpa. Otherwise, the motor will be overloaded and the oil-gas separator will be damaged and run off. Replacement method: remove all control pipe joints installed on the oil and gas drum cover. Take out the oil return pipe extending into the oil and gas barrel from the oil and gas barrel cover, and remove the fastening bolts of the upper cover of the oil and gas barrel. Remove the upper cover of the oil and gas barrel and take out the oil fines. Remove the asbestos pad and dirt stuck on the upper cover plate. Install a new oil-gas separator. Note that the upper and lower asbestos pads must be stapled. When pressing, the asbestos pads must be placed neatly, otherwise it will cause punching. Replace the upper cover plate, oil return pipe and control pipes as they are, and check for leakage.
