变频分两种。一种是普通电机配上变频器。变频器可以改变电机转速。但是，调节范围有限，一般可以使电机输出在百分之七十五到百分之百之间调节。还有一种是变频式电机并配备变频器。空压机领域，能使用真正变频电机的厂家不多。伯格、阿特拉斯、英格索兰空压机有一款是永不磨损，无须更换轴承的变频空压机，应该可以实现百分之二十左右到百分之百的输出调节。一般变频手段，都可以做到抑制设备频繁加卸载，而且还可以节省大量电能，提高可靠性，降低噪音。空气压缩机用变频的话，还可以稳定系统气压。

However, the adjustment range is limited, and the motor output can be adjusted between 75% and 100%. Another is a variable frequency motor and equipped with a frequency converter. In the field of air compressor, there are few manufacturers that can use the real variable frequency motor. Berger, Atlas and Ingersoll Rand air compressors have a variable frequency air compressor that is never worn and does not need to replace bearings. It should be able to achieve output adjustment of about 20% to 100%. Generally, frequency conversion means can suppress frequent loading and unloading of equipment, save a lot of electric energy, improve reliability and reduce noise. If the air compressor uses frequency conversion, it can also stabilize the system air pressure.
